Ashley Phillips Estates is a family run business set up by Nick Phillips and Kate Barber in 1992. We are a London based property investment and development company with a portfolio currently located in Chiswick W4, Richmond, Brighton and Hove. We strive to create contemporary residential and commercial spaces whilst retaining the character and integrity of a building.

Our Team

Director and Company Secretary 

Kate is a Director and Company Secretary of Ashley Phillips Estates. A Barrister by training and after working in several legal roles Kate transitioned to property when Nick set up Ashley Phillips Estates, building a significant client base during her 20 years with the firm.

Director

Nick is a Director of Ashley Phillips Estates. After graduating in Estate Management Nick began his property career at commercial surveyors Healey and Baker, before setting up a retail estate agency, Ashley Phillips, specialising in prime Central London property which he ran for 25 years. He started Ashley Phillips Estates in 1992 alongside the agency business.

Guy Morgan Phillips, BSc, MSc. Development Manager

Guy is our Development Manager, he coordinates the refurbishment of existing properties, is responsible for expanding the company’s portfolio and all aspects of marketing, whilst also developing and leading new business strategies. He runs our short-lettings business and coordinates the upkeep of maintenance throughout the portfolio.

Nilesh Patel, BSc, Property Management Assistant

Nilesh is our Property Management Assistant who reports to the Development Manager on all maintenance issues and requests. He also assists with tenant viewings for new lettings.
